Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Marketing Executive who loves making videos, telling stories, and creating engaging content. Your role is to showcase our company’s products, daily operations, client success stories, and educational content through high-quality video production and social media content. You will work closely with the management, sales, and support teams to create impactful content that strengthens our brand presence and builds trust with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
  • Plan, script, and record video content to introduce company products, solutions, and features.
  • Produce behind‑the‑scenes videos showcasing daily work culture and project activities.
  • Create testimonial or case‐study videos featuring successful client stories.
  • Record short, fun, and creative videos for social media engagement.
  • Produce educational and information‑sharing videos (e.g., tips, tutorials, regulatory updates like e‑Invoice/SST).
  • Edit videos with professional transitions, captions, and branding.
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels.
  • Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
  • Write captions, scripts, short articles, and storytelling content.
  • Track and analyse engagement performance to improve content strategy.
Branding & Marketing Support
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and corporate image.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials (posters, banners, event highlights).
  • Support company events, client engagement activities, and training sessions through content coverage.
Requirements
  • Passionate about video creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting and editing.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to try new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
