About The Job

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Media & Content, to lead our social presence across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content strategy skills with hands‑on social execution, excellent project management, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and grow the brand’s social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies and communication plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Ideate and prepare production briefs, mood boards, and shoot decks for internal content shoots.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, including talent partnerships, KOL/creator collaborations, and platform‑specific activations.
  • Work closely with media and performance teams to ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Team & Project Management
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional workflows to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve overall social effectiveness.
  • Support the management of platform boosting, paid amplification, and reporting processes.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile post‑campaign reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Track social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to guide content direction and identify new opportunities.
What You Need To Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or creators is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multi‑tasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, trends, and high‑quality content.
