Role Overview

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping TRAVELOG’s online voice and brand identity. You’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing engaging digital content that inspires audiences, builds trust, and drives growth across multiple social media platforms.

This role requires a creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals, deep knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to translate travel experiences into authentic, shareable content.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Develop original, engaging, and high‑quality content to strengthen brand presence and audience connection.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and destination features.
  • Design graphics, animations, and short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, XHS) to complement written content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with TRAVELOG’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
2. Social Media Management & Optimization
  • Manage and grow TRAVELOG’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
  • Create platform‑specific content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on emerging social trends, tools, and algorithms, applying them proactively.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen campaigns and audience engagement.
4. Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage multiple content projects in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support campaign planning with innovative content ideas.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track key metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Use engagement data to refine storytelling, visuals, and posting strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and propose data‑driven improvements.

Social Media Growth: Achieve monthly follower growth targets on core platforms.

  • Content Consistency: Deliver consistent output of high‑quality posts, videos, and visuals.
  • Traffic & Leads: Increase website traffic, inquiries, and conversions from social channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or equivalent design tools.
