A leading technology firm is looking for a Business Service Support Lead in Kuala Lumpur to develop and execute BSS migration strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the BSS migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BSS migration activities, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Develop and execute the BSS migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Assess the existing BSS landscape, identify potential risks, and establish mitigation plans.
- Define migration methodologies, including cutover strategies, rollback plans, and data validation processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BSS migration activities, ensuring clear communication with keystakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams involved in the migration process.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to define transformation rules, validation checks, and reconciliationprocesses.
- Conduct post-migration testing and performance analysis to ensure system stability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the BSS migration.
- Develop contingency plans and implement issue resolution mechanisms to address unexpected challenges.
