Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
  • Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
  • Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in people management.
  • Hands‑on experience with the SAP PM module, machine troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is essential (note: facility maintenance experience is not applicable).
  • Familiarity with DMG CNC machines, high‑pressure hydraulic presses, laser cutting machines, and laser marking machines.
  • Experience in developing maintenance manuals, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or creating preventive maintenance task lists.
  • Proficient in CNC operations and robotic arms.
  • Experience with injection molding, hydraulic presses, and laser marking technology.
  • Knowledgeable about dust collection systems.
  • Strong proficiency in using SAP software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of electrical schematic diagrams.
  • Experienced in working with PLCs and electrical maintenance.
  • Must have a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Well‑organized with a willingness to work on documentation tasks.
