Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the petrol station or retail industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling cash and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industry.
• Fluency in the relevant language (Malay or Chinese) and proficient in English.

• Supervising daily sales and increasing sales.
• Monitoring and coordinating the work of petrol station attendants and cashiers.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sales transactions.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of fuel and other products.
• Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the petrol station.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues.
• Preparing and submitting accurate reports on station operations.
• Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives.
