Job summary

A manufacturing solutions provider in Malaysia is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support daily operations, improve processes, and assist with test setups and validations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong skills in CAD software like SolidWorks are essential, along with good documentation and communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good documentation skills for process specifications and work instructions.
• Experience in Wire Bond and Die Attach processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure process yield, quality, and OTD performance.
• Review, optimize, and maintain assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction.
