Injection Molding Process Engineer & Tooling Lead
Job summary
A leading medical technology company based in Johor, Malaysia, is looking for a Formulation Process Engineer to design and optimize injection molding processes. This role involves troubleshooting, managing production flow, and leading a small team, along with conducting trial runs and improving defect rates. Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree along with relevant experience in injection molding processes and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay. Qualifications
- Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience adjusting machine parameters.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malay, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize injection molding processes.
- Lead mold debugging and trial runs.
- Monitor molding production status and implement improvements.
- Manage a small molding technology team.
