Job Summary:
Our Client isseeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to focus on the Bumiputera segment. This role requires a hunter mindset to actively identify and secure new business opportunities. The successful candidate will build and develop relationships, generate leads, and close deals independently, with no accounts handed over.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new leads in the Bumiputera segment.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with a hunter mentality.
• Strong knowledge of the Bumiputera market and networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
