Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Responsible for achieving sales target.
  • Achieve annual sales target.
  • Review sales results monthly with management team.
  • Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Build required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Monthly funnel review of opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g., new funnel create, win‑rate and time to close).
  • Lead the Go‑To‑Market development of the region including distributors development.
  • Review ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Visit end‑user customers within region to gain an understanding of customers/markets.
  • Develop a market model map and size of the business opportunities.
  • Develop the Go To Market strategy within the region.
  • Onboard new and equip current distributors with product and sales training.
  • Drive results through effective marketing.
  • Present information about new products and applications.
  • Develop and implement effective sales‑and marketing programs.
  • Target key market sectors to generate the end‑user pull strategy.
  • Plan targeted campaigns to maximize awareness and development.
  • Deliver Growth via Direct Sales approach at Key Account Customers.
  • Develop and implement Account Plans per Key Account.
  • Manage the Tender process and build relationships with Key Stakeholders.
  • Present information about new products and applications.
