About the Role

As an Aesthetic Sales Executive, you will work closely with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and beauty centers to provide expert product recommendations and sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, and medical professionals.
• Educate and present our premium aesthetic products, skincare solutions, and medical‑grade beauty devices.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling).
• Monitor sales collection and ensure timely payments.
• Gather market insights to help improve sales strategies.
• Plan and organize training workshops and product seminars for clients.
• Handle sales administration tasks and support overall business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Aesthetics, Beauty, or related fields.
• Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and beauty.
• Two or more years of experience in sales or the aesthetic/beauty industry is a plus (Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long‑term relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and independent.
