We are now looking for driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our merchant base. If you’re passionate about digital commerce, love closing deals, and want to grow into a leadership role in the payments/fintech industry, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing merchant relationships across eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Easystore, Storegiant Magento, Lazada/Shopee sellers). You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring merchants are successfully onboarded with our solutions.
Identify and close new sales opportunities with online merchants across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, Lazada, Shopee, and other eCommerce or SaaS solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with small, medium, and enterprise merchants.
Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and payment integration.
Actively manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Leverage your personal/professional network to generate leads and expand the merchant base.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, or digital solutions. Fresh grads with strong sales drive are encouraged to apply.
Track Record: Proven ability (or strong ambition) to meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiation & Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and long-lasting partnerships with merchants.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs.
Network: Existing connections in the eCommerce/online business space is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM software, and basic knowledge of online payments/integrations.
Team Player: Independent but also collaborative, willing to work closely with product, support, and operations teams.
Growth Mindset: Strong ambition to grow into Senior Sales or Sales Manager roles.
