As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, you will always deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Decathlon invests heavily in teammate development to help those who want to build careers within the business flourish.

Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
• Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to build relationships
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to improve customer information

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Align with department goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience
• Use resources and tools to boost Decathlon Malaysia's sales
• Arrange store layout according to principles and guidelines
• Create high-quality store displays based on Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) standards
• Maintain the layout to ensure good presentation and customer satisfaction
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the automatic replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards in the store
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills Enhancement

• Participate in training sessions and develop training skills to become a trainer
