Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, monthly, and special EHS inspections.
• Track and analyze data for inspections.
• Plan and promote safety management projects.
• Educate employees on safety awareness.
• Supervise and manage special equipment use and inspection.
• Coordinate emergency rescue exercises.
• Investigate work-related injuries and prevent accidents.
• Ensure legal and corporate compliance.

Job description

Responsible for the daily environment, health, safety (EHS) inspection, monthly EHS inspection, and special EHS inspection of all departments;

Responsible for rectifying, tracking and analyze data for the daily EHS inspection, monthly EHS inspection and special EHS inspection of each department;

Planning and promotion of environment, health and safety management projects

Propaganda and education on environment, health and safety, awareness among employees;

Responsible for supervision and management of special equipment, use, inspection, and scrapping;

Inspect and buy off equipment to ensure that they are safe to be use.

Coordinate and participate in the company's emergency rescue and pre-planning exercises;

Responsible for coordinate respective departments to investigate work-related injuries and accident prevention

Coordinate, plan and ensure workplace to comply with legal, corporate & customer requirements.

Assist company to maintain ISO14001: 2014 and ISO45001: 2018 system

Support and conduct training on scheduled waste management to employees involved in scheduled waste handling.

Coordinate for environmental performance monitoring

Weekly work summary and work plan for the following week.

Monthly work summary and work plan for the following month.

Annual work summary and work plan for the following year

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering or any related field
• Registered with DOSH as safety and health officer
• 1-3 Years’ experience in related field, preferably in manufacturing industry
