Electrical & Automation Engineering Executive

Permanent – Full Time.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in electrical or instrumentation automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager with specialist skill in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), electricity, or automation in the market in line with corporate guidelines.
• Ensure MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while ensuring people health and safety, product safety, and the environment are never compromised.
• Support and monitor capital investments in the market from preparation to implementation in terms of technical soundness, costs, and resources, ensuring alignment with standards, flawless implementation, and CQV (commissioning, qualification and verification).
• Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, demonstrating an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Manage change management processes to appropriately handle modifications of solutions and the application of local MES‑E&A related legislation (e.g., electrical, calibration, maintenance).
• Support MES‑E&A engineers in factories to master processes and products, fully supporting Innovation & Renovation and Continuous Improvement initiatives and protecting technological know‑how.
• Promote the use of engineering tools at site level (e.g., NSAT, NEST, AMM).
• Participate in local assessments concerning safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality.
• Monitor MES‑E&A impact on line efficiency and performance at factories.
• Execute the market strategy in terms of MES, electricity, and automation in alignment with corporate standards and best engineering practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years as an Automation or MES engineer with electrical experience.
• Experience in personnel supervision (technical teams, contractors, or third parties).
• Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participation in the start‑up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s).
• Self‑management following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactive tracking.
• Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning, or maintenance execution (desired but not required).
• Experience in HMI/SCADA systems certification and PLC programming (added advantage).
