Job Responsibilities

As an Inventory & Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics, import/export, warehousing, and finishing planning activities across the SEA region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuming overall responsibility for logistics effectiveness and ensuring customer deliveries meet business commitments.
  • Managing working capital and costs through efficient supply chain and material management.
  • Overseeing finishing planning, import/export operations, storage, warehousing, and terminal logistics processes.
  • Monitoring and managing unit transportation costs within the SEA region.
  • Developing and maintaining key supplier relationships, including logistics providers, shipping liners, and warehousing partners.
  • Managing 3PL outsourcing and ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Driving improvements in KPIs such as IDA, logistics efficiency, and coil stock levels.
  • Ensuring effective warehouse utilization, performance monitoring, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintaining warehouse infrastructure and ensuring safety in logistics operations.
  • Leading and mentoring team members to build capabilities and achieve high performance.
  • Supporting occupational health and safety initiatives and fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Continuously improving logistics network efficiency through process development and implementation.
  • Managing inventory of raw materials and coil stocks, and controlling material flows.
  • Coordinating with public organizations for import/export relationship management.
  • Executing strategic initiatives assigned by management.
Job Requirements
