Are you passionate about launching new products and driving innovation? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to lead and manage the introduction of new products from concept through production, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of New Product Introduction (NPI).
Work closely with Sales, Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Develop and review process flows, work instructions, and control plans for new products.
Lead pilot runs and process validations to ensure product readiness for mass production.
Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues during pre-launch and early production phases.
Support cost analysis, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering roles.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and process engineering.
Hands-on experience with FMEA and lean manufacturing tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
