Job description
Maintenance Technician (Lift and Escalator)
  • Adhere to company Organization Norms, Compliance Radar, perform Compliance Radar and Compliance Book.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines set for Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
  • Practice Schindler Safety Fundamentals and promote Safety Behavior.
  • Respond to customer complaints on lift-related issues and provide rectification accordingly.
  • Liaise with customers on the signing of servicing checklists and second schedule books.
  • Respond to and provide feedback on customer complaints.
  • Perform and complete CPSI as per scheduled.
  • Work with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA and related tasks.
  • Support and assist inspectors in carrying out tasks and inspections per JKKP and Fire Department regulations.
  • Attend toolbox meetings.
  • Support building teamwork through involvement and communication.
  • Assist callback technicians with callback issues.
  • Perform routine service according to maintenance checklists.
  • Perform night standby duty.
  • Follow customer procedures when entering their building.
  • Assist sub‑contractors with repair jobs.
  • Assist in NI EI handover inspections.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering, or possess a Diploma in Engineering.
  • Possess own transport, motorbike, and a valid license.
  • Willing to work independently and be responsible.
