Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management—preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in inventory control and procurement planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to meet suppliers.
• Comfortable tasting alcoholic beverages and knowledgeable about wine, beer, and related products to support procurement decisions for the club bistro.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and integration of POS systems, payment terminals, and outlet hardware.

• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits.
• Oversee daily purchasing operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
