Job summary

A leading design company in Puchong seeks a Graphic Designer and Multimedia Designer to create high-quality designs and engaging videos. Responsibilities include conceptualizing layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and coordinating projects independently. The ideal candidate holds a diploma/degree in relevant fields and has 2-4 years of experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in motion graphics are essential. Familiarity with 3D rendering software and Chinese language skills are advantageous.

Graphic Designer and Multimedia Designer

ECO Group of Companies – Puchong New Village

Conceptualize and develop high-quality designs, layouts, and key visuals (posters, brochures, social media creatives, event materials, corporate decks).

Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.

Propose multiple design directions with independence and initiative.

Video Production & Editing

Plan, edit, and produce engaging videos (corporate, marketing, social media, event highlights).

Add motion graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Content Review & Quality Control

Proofread and check all wordings in design (accuracy, grammar, Chinese/English meaning).

Ensure correct font type, font size, spacing, and colour usage.

Maintain high design standards without requiring constant supervision.

Project Management

Adapt quickly to changes from management and provide solutions.

Coordinate own workload independently with minimal supervision.

Bring fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing visuals.

Provide creative input beyond execution — act as a thinker and problem solver.

Contribute to marketing discussions and propose new design trends relevant to interior/construction industry.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields.

2-4 years in a related role, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or creative industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

Knowledge of 3D rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) is an added advantage.

Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.

Familiarity with website design tools and UI/UX principles is a plus.

Prefer able to speak, read and write Chinese as need to deal with China client if required.
