Overview

Hiring Company Industry: Specialist in Surface mounting technology (SMT), cable & wire harness, electronic assembly services.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily productivity and quality of output produced by operators and management of operators' daily work routine.
  • Plan manpower allocation, equipment needs to cover production demand.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, prepare corrective actions and improvement plans.

  • Basic knowledge in Excel.
  • Proficiency in mandarin language is required to liaise with customer or vendor from mainland China.
