A global energy company is seeking a Staff Data Protection Platform Engineering Lead in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves leading a team of engineers to design and develop software solutions while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full-stack development experience, proficiency in TypeScript, C#, and Python, and a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies. This position supports hybrid working, with no travel required and no relocation assistance offered.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a key leadership role both technically and as a mentor. You'll guide and support your team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
