Qualifikationen
At least 1 year of experience in production management or a related manufacturing environment.
Familiar with ISO, FSSC, SEDEX, and other audit standards.
Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
Aufgaben
Plan and oversee daily production schedules to achieve target output and quality standards.
Supervise a team of line leaders and operators for production efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily production reports and improvement plans.
