BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY MANAGER & SR EXECUTIVE BRANDING
1. Strategic Marketing & Business Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, digital, PR, and branding strategies aligned with hospital business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance evaluations to guide strategic decisions.

  • Identify key service lines, strengths, and differentiators to position the hospital effectively in the market.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with growth, revenue, and patient acquisition goals.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Lead and manage all digital platforms, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and online campaigns.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

  • Oversee website content, online reputation management, and digital analytics.

  • Ensure accuracy, brand tone, and compliance across all digital communications.

3. Branding, PR & Creative Oversight
  • Oversee hospital branding initiatives to ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all digital, print, signage, and offline touchpoints.

  • Work closely with PR & Branding teams to maintain cohesive creative direction.

  • Supervise the development of brand campaigns, digital creatives, videos, multimedia content, and promotional collaterals.

  • Ensure all branding aligns with hospital vision, mission, and values.

4. Public Relations & Media Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, and external agencies.

  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, corporate announcements, and public statements.

  • Coordinate media visits, interviews, press conferences, and publicity opportunities.

  • Monitor media coverage and manage timely responses to media inquiries.

5. Event Management & Community Outreach
  • Lead PR events, hospital launches, CSR initiatives, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Ensure events reflect hospital professionalism, ethics, and brand integrity.

6. Internal & External Communications
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters, staff engagement initiatives, and corporate announcements.

  • Oversee external communication materials such as corporate profiles, patient testimonials, and stakeholder updates.

  • Support senior leadership with speech writing, presentations, official letters, and communication for corporate events.

7. External Partnerships & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media houses, digital vendors, printers, and event partners.

  • Negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality outputs.

  • Explore new platforms, technologies, and partnerships to enhance digital reach and brand presence.

8. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing, PR, branding, and business development support teams.

  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.

9. Performance Analysis, Reporting & Crisis Communication
  • Track key performance indicators including engagement, cost per lead, ROI, conversion rates, media coverage, and brand awareness.

  • Prepare monthly marketing, PR, and branding performance reports for management.

  • Recommend optimization strategies based on data insights and audience behavior.

  • Support management during crisis or sensitive communication situations.

10. Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by hospital management from time to time.
