Assistant Manager for Branding - Healthcare
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team and lead innovative strategies in both the healthcare and corporate sectors. Your Role
- Strategize, execute, and manage marketing plans and budgets across the healthcare and corporate sectors.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials in the healthcare space.
- Oversee social media platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content and building strong relationships with targeted audiences.
- Use AI tools to plan and execute high-impact online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Customer Testimonials, etc.).
Lead Generation & Performance Analytics
- Collaborate with healthcare operations teams to develop strategies for patient acquisition and sales growth.
- Track and optimize lead generation efforts through retargeting, Cost-Per-Click, Pay-Per-Click, and audience reach campaigns.
- Manage agency to monitor campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates for better ROI.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to discover new growth opportunities.
- Take the lead in organizing key launches, PR, and community outreach events to showcase healthcare services.
- Create compelling marketing materials tailored specifically for healthcare.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications
- Draft and review key materials such as speeches, press releases, Q&As, and corporate reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft clear messaging for corporate announcements, healthcare initiatives, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility.
Strategic Social Media Planning & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) strategies to amplify brand presence.
- Identify and collaborate with healthcare-related influencers and social media personalities to drive engagement and brand awareness.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years in digital marketing, PR, corporate communications, and event management, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
- Understanding of SEO/SEM principles, website optimization, and KOC marketing is a plus.
- Creative with the ability to analyze and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving, writing, and public relations skills.
