• Conduct in-depth credit assessments to support mortgage lending decisions.
• Liaise with third-party mortgage loan companies to ensure smooth loan approvals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk mitigation policies.
• Oversee loan documentation, verification, and procedural accuracy.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and workflow.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in credit analysis, mortgage lending, or financial risk assessment.
• Preferable: Candidates with prior experience in the banking industry.
• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Proficient in financial compliance regulations and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with external lending partners.
• Highly organized, able to multitask effectively and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
