Job Responsibilities

• Involved with business development/sales
• Answering and responding to calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
• Troubleshooting machine systems
• Diagnosing technological issues
• Providing training to OT staff on how to use new machine
• Solving problems or making minor issue to patients
