• Experience in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.

Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments of Chinese prayer materials.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to identify and isolate damaged or defective prayer materials, ensuring only high-quality products are available for sale.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment or delivery.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to inventory, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move and handle inventory, following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of prayer materials to the warehouse and customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse, adhering to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with the disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory, following company procedures and environmental regulations.
• Provide support to other warehouse staff as needed, including assisting with loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
