Job summary

A leading financial services group in George Town is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to market and sell a variety of financial products to branch customers while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, a strong sales orientation, and interpersonal skills. Personal Financial Consultant, 21 Jalan Ayer Itam Branch MY

Actively market and sell all core consumer products, primarily to branch walk-in customers, execute a consultative selling process, which involves identifying and recommending CIMB products to meet customers' financial needs

Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.
  • To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
  • To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
  • To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
  • To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.
  • Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & Banca licenses will have an added advantage.
