  • Uploading and editing product information online.
  • Maintaining accurate stock information.
  • Handling customer enquiries effectively.
  • Providing product advice and price quotations.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Coordinating with warehouse for order fulfillment.
  • Following up on payments for smooth transactions.
  • Supporting digital promotions and updates.

  • Knowledge of truck spare parts is a bonus (training provided)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm & Saturday : 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Maintaining accurate stock information online
  • Handling customer enquiries
