The Role:
  • To provide efficient services, policy information, quotation, answer questions and problems solving for policyholders/agents within the expected response
  • Assist Team Lead role to manage and ensure smooth running of the unit
  • Co‑ordinator for CRS & FATCA reporting to Regulator
  • To ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions are completed in clear and accurate manner within the benchmarks set.
  • Prepares monthly report
  • Replying to letters inclusive of difficult letters within expected time response.
  • Supervising and training of staff.
  • Checking and signing of letters, endorsements, memos, etc.
  • Checking of reports
  • Vetting and distribution of Daily Mails for the team.
  • Attending to counter & telephone enquiries/complaints from policyholders, branches & agents relating to policy matters in a clear, accurate & timely manner.
  • Conserves policies through client retention efforts.
  • Assists in planning for and supervision of the team
  • Assist in providing feedback and reviewing of processes
  • Assist in updating and maintenance of SOP documentation arising from work process or other changes
  • Assist in attending to auditors queries
  • Any ad‑hoc duties as and when given by Manager/HOD

The Person:
  • Possess a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Insurance, Business Studies, Administration or related fields, or equivalent
  • Minimum: FLMI or Diploma in MII or part ACII, AMII
  • Experience of at least 2‑3 years in Life Insurance company. Preferably with Customer Service or Actuarial experience.
  • Strong Customer Service focus and attitude
