Job description
Operations Executive – MY (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Perform end-to-end daily operational processing for all investment products, including Unit Trusts, Bonds, Stocks & ETFs (various markets) and Managed Portfolios. This includes transaction processing, order execution and submission, unit allocation, Free-of-Payment instructions, reconciliation, and other related operational tasks.


Manage corporate actions across different products and markets. This includes entitlement checks and allocation, payout processing, and handling voluntary/mandatory corporate action tasks.


Handle client transfer requests and ensure proper documentation, verification, and timely processing.


Review, approve, and maintain client account information, as well as handle corporate account onboarding and approval, including document checking and ensuring all requirements meet internal and regulatory standards.


Maintain and update fund-related documents and product information to ensure accuracy and timeliness.


Prepare commission reports, fee reports, and other product-related reports on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.


Provide administrative and operational support to the team and assist the manager with daily tasks, escalations, and cross-team coordination.


Participate in system enhancement initiatives, including requirements discussion, workflow review, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.


Requirements:


Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business, Economics, or other related fields.


Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship experience or academic projects will be an added advantage.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
