Job summary

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. We are an Interior Design & Build Firm and are dedicated in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors that reflect our client's needs and lifestyle. From residential, commercial and industrial projects, to hospitality spaces, our expertise spans a wide range of design disciplines.

Qualifications & experience

• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar environment.
• Experienced in overseeing multiple design and fit‑out projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to manage the full project cycle, including design, site supervision, coordination with contractors, and handover.
• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (vray), Photoshop, Microsoft programs, and other related rendering tools.
• Possess own personal transportation and is willing to travel when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous with measurements, specifications and overall work quality.
• Able to be independent, creative, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized with a keen design sensibility.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create and develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively convey ideas.
• Select suitable materials, colors, lighting, and furniture to craft cohesive and attractive designs.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation purposes.
• Manage client relationships from concept through to completed build.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee projects from design to site to handover.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and on projects.
