• Own marketplace performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop & Lazada—listings quality, pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign execution.

• Lead and plan marketing campaigns to drive sales, traffic, and brand visibility.

• Strategize and manage paid media: Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and in-app marketing tools to hit ROAS/ROI targets.

• Optimize end-to-end funnel—from impressions and traffic to conversion rate and repeat purchase. Test, learn, and iterate fast.

• Analyze performance data at SKU, category, platform, and campaign level; turn numbers into clear insights and action plans.

• Work closely with content, design, and ops teams to ensure strong branding, consistent messaging, and smooth execution.

• Lead experiments with new features, formats, creators, and growth channels—always looking for the next opportunity.

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Strong operational knowledge of marketplace and Site Giant backends: listings, promotions, variant setup, inventory sync, campaign tools, reporting dashboards.

• Proven experience with paid ads and understanding of funnels, targeting, and basic SEO for product listings.

• Analytical, detail‑oriented problem solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strategic yet hands‑on: you can plan big‑picture campaigns and still dive into the details to make sure things get done right.

• Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment to improve performance.

• Salary Package: RM5,000–RM7,500/month (inclusive of commission; commensurate with experience & performance).
