Job summary
A semiconductor production company in Bayan Lepas is seeking a Production Planning professional. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in Production Planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include reviewing daily job schedules, monitoring work in progress, and collaborating with logistics and demand analysis teams. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. The role requires strong planning skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting software.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Production Planning related to the semiconductor industry.

- Good reporting and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Review the Daily Job and reschedules if needed.
- Monitor and follow up on Work In Progress items.
- Arrange shipment with the Logistics team.
- Work with demand analysts on fulfillment dates.
- Check Daily Job updates from Production employees.

Preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience in Production Planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Responsible for duties, and report on time.
Good planning and analytical skills.
Hands on experience in SQL Accounting software is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
