Job Overview

The Admin and Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and managing sales initiatives to enhance patient engagement and drive clinic growth. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing the clinic assistant team, and ensuring excellent patient service while optimizing clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and workflow among clinic assistants.
  • Compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training and meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather and analyse patient feedback to improve clinic services.
  • Managing and analysing marketing data.
  • Managing stock intake and invoices.
  • Handling office supply inventory and ordering necessary items.
  • Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient demographics and sales results for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in Healthcare Administration or Business Management. Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
