Job summary
A leading property development firm is seeking an experienced professional for credit administration roles in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in sales and credit administration within the property sector. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, overseeing payments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin as a plus. Competitive offers await dynamic candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Sales & Credit Administration.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Attend to correspondence with end-financer, solicitor, and purchaser.
- Process credit administration functions including progress billing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
