Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to drive sales and design initiatives. Responsibilities include proposing interior concepts, managing projects, and assuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience in the interior design sector and is proficient in tools such as Autocad and Adobe Photoshop. A diploma in a relevant field is required. Salary Package

Basic Salary RM4000 - RM6000 + Commission (Earning up to RM15,000/Monthly)

Job Responsibilities

• Propose suitable interior concept, materials, color scheme, materials needed and etc.
• Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
• Present and propose concepts.
• Work closely with the team.
• Responsible for sales and profitability.
• Responsible to represent company product, services with professionalism and competency.
• Responsible to acquire new customer and retain existing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing for carpet and interior (fit-out or design and build) on architecture related product and service.
• Minimum Diploma in ID, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in managing projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe, Photoshop, MS Office, MS Project, 3D rendering software.
• Committed, result orientated and self-motivated.
• Intelligent and willing to work hard.
• Experience in servicing interior designer, architecture, developer and/or property owners.
• Pleasant personally and character.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office , Ms. Excel, Powerpoint and related software.
• Able to work independently and lead a sales team.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese in both verbal and written.
• Result orientated.
• Possess own car.
