Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow for RC works.
• Measure and price RC works, variations, and claims.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payments.
• Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities, and pricing schedules.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender reports.
• Evaluate contract conditions, risks, and commercial issues.
• Liaise with project teams, main contractors, and consultants.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior QS staff.
