We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our team at Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts
  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and secure contracts, agreements, and business deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients
  • Regularly report on account performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to identify new leads and opportunities
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve overall business strategy
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar key accounts sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and experience in consultative selling
  • Familiarity with the sales and account & relationship management industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
