Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of working experience, preferably in property development or construction.
• High confidentiality in handling clients’ data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all sales and credit administration functions.
• Monitor all sales and credit administration processes.
• Responsible for payments due in the ageing report being collected promptly.
• Attend to reconciliation discrepancies raised by Finance Department.
• Prepare reports for Management information and decision-making.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent
