We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic Hospitality Division Team in Pahang. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting for our hospitality division group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records and supporting the strategic decision-making of the business.
- Manage all accounts receivable and payable functions, including invoicing, payments, and collections
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to the management team
- Oversee the processing of payroll and related tax calculations
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and decision-making
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning as needed
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
