Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage the test automation strategy and framework.
● Lead a team of test automation engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
● Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (preferably in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar tools).
● Solid understanding of Java, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used in test automation.
● Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).
● Conduct functional, and integration testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
● Hands-on experience in test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, Testrail, or similar.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
● Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Document test plans, test cases, and test results
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years of experience in automation testing.
● Experience in unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing.
● Familiarity with Ad-tech is a plus.
● Familiarity with .Net platform is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
