Samsung C&T (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Junior Supervisor who is from Civil Structure Architectural and QAQC background to join our team on a contract basis in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a Junior Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the plan
• Collaborate with the project management team to provide progress updates and recommend solutions
• Ensure all quality control and quality assurance measures are implemented effectively
• Oversee the work of subcontractors, providing guidance and direction as needed
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to the project
• Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, and other project-related documentation

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience as a Supervisor in Civil Structure Architectural and QAQC in the construction industry, preferably within the Construction sector
• Have technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
