About the Role

We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. You will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing valuations, and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Quantity Management & Valuation
  • Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and site valuations
  • Verify measurements and specifications from consultants
  • Maintain cost databases for materials and suppliers
Claims & Contract Management
  • Prepare and submit main progress claims and sub-contractor claims
  • Negotiate and follow up on payment certificates with contractors
  • Resolve variation orders efficiently
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and project teams
  • Support management with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and proactive work style
