A global supplier of automation solutions is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage monthly bank reconciliations and support the accounts team. Candidates should possess an LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, with 2-3 years' experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP ERP systems are preferred. The role is on-site in Penang, and offers a 5-day work week with benefits such as medical insurance and a year-end bonus.
Generate monthly bank reconciliationstatement
Generate sales order control and management
Responsible for Inventory control
Providing administrative support to the Accounts team as required
Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Minimum Qualification LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
At least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is preferred
Meticulous and a team player
Willing to work at Sg Nibong Kechil, Penang
Willing to work under pressure in fast paced and multi-task environment
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysiaand English
5 days work week ( 8.30am-6.00pm)
