A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Representative based in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree and have preferably 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. This role requires the individual to meet sales targets, maintain client relationships, and manage territory effectively. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree. Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.
Preferred 1 year Sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals within pharmaceutical industry.
Fresh graduate with passion in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical is also encouraged to apply.
Mature, target-driven, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).
This position will be based at HQ (Kuala Lumpur), and required to travel within Klang Valley & Terengganu.
Monthly basic salary, mobile & vehicle maintenance allowance.
Monthly petrol usage limit.
Sales incentive (release bi-monthly, upon achieving target).

Meet cycle & annual sales targets set by the company, and achieve market share growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
Plan and carry out sales and promotional activities to penetrate new markets, increase product visibility, and boost sales to maximize revenue and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, sub-distributors, agents, and direct customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure effective territory management and coverage within Perak state.
Monitor and manage sales performance in assigned areas to ensure market coverage and effective distribution.
Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new leads to grow the customer base within assigned territories.
Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide actionable feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer visits, pipeline status, and market updates.
Maintain accurate sales records, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-ups.
Ensure efficient use of sales, advertising, and promotional budgets for maximum return on investment.
Assist in organizing and representing the company at promotional events, trade exhibitions, customer/ product training, and seminars.
Uphold the company’s corporate image by maintaining excellent public relations.
To undertake any other assigned tasks by immediate superior.
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Report to: Area Sales Manager (House Brand division)
