What You'll Do:
  • Be the Client's Trusted Advisor: Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of SME clients, understanding their business goals deeply.
  • Lead Strategy & Reviews: Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews, turning data from SEO, SEM, and Meta campaigns into clear insights and exciting action plans.
  • Coordinate & Collaborate: Be the vital link between clients and our internal specialists, ensuring seamless strategy execution and clear communication.
  • Drive Growth & Retention: Proactively manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities to help clients expand their digital success.
  • Ensure Success from Start: Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, setting the foundation for long‑term growth.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ Years Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management, client success, or other client‑facing roles, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship‑building skills to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Ability to understand and discuss core digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media, with clients.
  • Bilingual Proficiency (English & Mandarin): Proficient in both English and Mandarin, essential for effective communication with a diverse client base.
  • Proactive & Ownership‑Driven Mindset: A problem‑solving attitude with strong accountability and ownership in managing client success.
