Role Responsibilities:

1. Drive and execute the assigned initiatives or campaigns according to business objectives.
2. Go-to-Market: Ensure end-to-end framework and internal and external coordination are in place in support of these initiatives/campaigns.
3. Campaign management: Preparation of effective campaign materials or communications materials and provide post-launch campaign support.
4. Deliver according to the campaign success metrics and goals, including recommendations of any improvement measures that may support the attainment of business goals.
5. Lead any system-related improvement initiatives: Provide support in all enhancement related initiatives including formation of system requirements, user acceptance testing and ensuring the post-deployment enhancements are successful.
6. Perform and contribute to competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
7. Understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure that deliverables are compliant at all times.

Role Qualification:

1. Relevant professional qualification and/or degree in Marketing and customer marketing, statistical studies or business analytics is welcome to apply.
2. Minimum 6-7 years working experience in areas of digital campaign management, partnership and customer marketing.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Power BI is a must.
4. Knowledge in Takaful and/or insurance products is preferred.
5. Project management and intermediate data/statistical skills is a must.
6. Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
