Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Georgetown. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting regular inspections, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and coordinate a maintenance team effectively
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure operational reliability
  • Competency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to maintenance operations
  • Prior experience in facility or hotel maintenance is highly desirable
  • Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is an advantage
